Co-Owners Kendall Barker and Jill Lane joined forces to create The Makeup Room to help service Nebraska in the field of beauty. The passion and love for this industry from both artists shows through the dedication and time spent over the years to continually grow in their skills. We are a studio salon located off 120th and Center in Omaha, NE designed to service skin, hair and makeup needs. We specialize in all types of beauty for whatever occasion and hope to bring our passion through each connection we make with our clients. Owners - Kendall started her career by attending Esthetics school at The College of Hair Design in Lincoln, Nebraska. There she gained the knowledge, techniques and best practices for skincare and makeup. She obtained her license through the state of Nebraska. She worked for a variety of companies gaining more knowledge and experience under her belt and most notably worked for MAC Cosmetics. Kendall has multiple artistry certifications from MAC that aided in the development of her skill set. With a love for color, texture and everything in between, Kendall has worked on thousands of faces in her tenured career in this industry. She has worked on a variety of skin tones, ages and genders and has such a love for sharing her passion with those who want to learn or just get dolled up for a night out. Jill is a licensed cosmetologist through the state of Nebraska. She has a tenured career and for the last 10 years, Jill has had a main focus of growing her makeup skills and has been solely dedicated to this craft. She has worked for large cosmetic brands also notably with MAC cosmetics. With her experience in a variety of ages, skin tones and all genders she is able to tackle anyone’s makeup needs. She also has experience with weddings and runway style makeup. Jill is excited to to offer her expertise to every client who is wanting to learn makeup artistry in Nebraska and can’t wait to help get you confident with your own skills.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
*Esthetics and Hair appointments need a 24 hr notice to cancel or to reschedule. A 20% fee will be charged if failure to do so. To reschedule - please cancel your appointment and then make a new appointment
*Bridal bookings require 7 days notice of cancellation. These are large parties contracted and planned out. You will be subject to pay a cancellation fee either at the owners discretion or what was listed in your signed contract.
*No-shows will be charged the full amount of their service booked
